  • Resume writing
  • Job application submission on your behalf

Due to the nature of these services, which involve significant time and effort in personalizing the outcome for each client, refunds are generally not provided. However, we offer the following exceptions:

We may offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Incomplete Services: If Bcertified fails to deliver the agreed-upon service within the stipulated timeline without prior communication or justification, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Service Error: If a service was delivered with significant errors or did not meet the agreed-upon requirements after multiple revisions.

Please note that refunds are only available within 14 days of service delivery, and you must provide valid reasons for requesting a refund.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request:

  • Contact us at info@bcertified.info with your order details, reasons for requesting a refund, and any supporting documentation.
  • Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • If the service was fully delivered and fulfilled as per the agreed-upon terms.
  • For dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after the service has been delivered, unless errors or omissions were made on our part.
  • If services were canceled by the client after work had already begun.

5. Revision and Adjustments

We offer unlimited revisions on Resume Writing and LinkedIn Profile Setup services within 7 days of delivery to ensure your satisfaction. Once revisions are completed and accepted by the client, no further revisions or refunds will be entertained.

For our Online Certification Completion and Job Application services, clients are responsible for providing all necessary information and documents in a timely manner. Delays or non-compliance on the client’s part will not be eligible for refunds.
